Insurance brokers endorse Heirs Insurance, Heirs Life Assurance on promise of efficient services

The pledge by Heirs Insurance Limited and its sister company;  Heirs Life Assurance to deploy hybrid technological innovations in driving effective and efficient service delivery in the insurance market have attracted the attention of insurance brokers  who have offered to partner with the two firms in ensuring the realization of their objectives.

The insurance brokers who appeared excited by the propositions of Heirs Insurance and Heirs Life Assurance to offer their services and products on the back of robust digital platforms have assured the two companies of high level patronage all in the efforts to contribute towards the deepening insurance industry’s market penetration.

The management of Heirs Insurance and Heirs Life Assurance who at an interactive session with insurance brokers in Lagos said that the desire of the industry to achieve 10 per cent market penetration which will translate to over a trillion naira premium income by 2023 is realizable with the deployment of the right tools and attitude.

It was consequent upon this that Heirs Insurance and Heirs Life Assurance revealed of their strategy to operate as a digitally driven insurance firms where time and speed will no longer be barriers to achieving set objectives.

The two firms which said that they have paid up share capitals of N10 billion and N8 billion respectively said that their work plans is to ensure that business proposal forms are completed within five minutes while payment of genuine claims are settled within 24 hours.

Heirs Insurance Limited and Heirs Life Assurance Limited had hosted brokers to a colourful evening with no fewer than 150 insurance brokers who are members of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) in attendance.

NCRIB’s president Dr. (Mrs) Bola Onigbogi had no hesitation endorsing Heirs Insurance Limited (HIL) and Heirs Life Assurance Limited (HLA) as she described both companies as progressive with their array of product offerings and promises of excellent service.

“I have no iota of doubt in my mind that Heirs Insurance and Heirs Life are companies to watch out for in the market. A critical examination of your workforce and your enthusiasm to host this members’ evening at a time like this is a pointer to a greater business exploit you are poised to accomplish”, she said.

She further described the companies as broker friendly, endorsing the companies as partners for brokers to collaborate with. “I guarantee you for your endorsement by my professional colleagues”, she added.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Adaobi  Nwakuche who is the acting Chief Executive Officer of  Heirs Insurance Limitedacknowledged NCRIB as an important stakeholder in the business of insurance, liaising between customers and insurance firms. She emphasized the mission of Heirs Insurance while introducing the company to the brokers present:

It was the Chief Executive Officer of  Heirs Life Assurance  Mr NiyiOnifade who took time to  introduce some of the affordable products that the life specialist insurance company; Heirs Life, is bringing to the market, including its savings and investment products, term life and group life plans for employees. He noted that collaboration with NCRIB will advance both companies’ ambition of providing customers with insurance service that is simple, quick, accessible, and reliable.

He stated: “Our mandate is to provide excellent service to customers which is priority for us, and we understand that to achieve it, we need to collaborate with bodies that believe insimilar vision of always putting the customers first. The NCRIB represents this and with them as partners, we can jointly move the business of insurance forward”.
