An auto crash along Ilesa-Ife route, Ilesa, Osun State has claimed the lives of a broadcast journalist, Sunday Alakinde and one other.
The accident was said to have occurred on Monday morning, at 3:05am.
The broadcaster, Alakinde who works with a private radio station, Uniq FM, Ilesa in Osun State and one other lost their lives to the fatal car accident.
It was gathered that the fatal accident involved two vehicles; Yutong Luxury Bus with registration number LND 322 XY and Peugeot 406 with registration number SMK 312 GQ.
There were 54 persons in the luxury bus; 34 males and 20 females.
According to the spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Osun, Agnes Ogungbemi, two persons died while one female was injured.
“The injured victim was taken to Wesley Hospital for medical treatment while the Corpse have been deposited at the same hospital Morgue.” she said.
