Cornerstone Insurance raises 2025 revenue by 44% to peak at ₦43.7bn

Cornerstone Insurance Plc, one of Nigeria’s foremost and most trusted insurance underwriters, has announced its unaudited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, delivering an outstanding performance marked by significant growth in insurance revenue and insurance service result.

According to the company’s 2025 unaudited financial report, insurance revenue rose to ₦43.7 billion, representing a 44% increase when compared to ₦30.4 billion recorded in December 2024. The company also posted a remarkable insurance service result of ₦10.7 billion, reflecting an impressive 353% growth from ₦2.4 billion achieved in the corresponding period of 2024.

Speaking on the company’s performance, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Stephen Alangbo, described the results as a clear indication of Cornerstone’s commitment to excellence and long-term value creation.
